    According to the new study from Peanut App and Nuna, "Motherhood in 2025: Where did the village go?" moms are feeling more alone than ever, both at home and in the workplace. The report notes that 65% of moms say that they’d feel less alone in motherhood if their workplace were more supportive. We know moms are a true workplace asset. It's time we celebrated moms for the multitude of skills we bring to an organization like empathy, time-management, leadership, and so many others. The report also notes ways we can solve for these issues, including normalizing asking for help (we all need it!) and transforming work cultures to honor parenting as a real and valued responsibility. ??
